Welcome to Tim Fleming Photography. By placing an order through timfleming.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Fine-Art Prints

All photographs offered for sale are original works by Tim Fleming. Prints are custom-produced to order using professional printing processes and archival-quality materials.

Prints are available in selected sizes and finishes, including fine-art paper and gallery-wrapped canvas.

Because each print is made specifically for the customer, orders cannot ordinarily be canceled or modified once production has begun.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars.

Payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully authorized.

Applicable sales taxes are calculated during checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders, with a full refund of any payment collected.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently accept orders for delivery within the United States only.

Standard shipping is included in the purchase price of every print, with no additional shipping charge at checkout.

Because prints are made to order, production and delivery require additional time. Estimated delivery is generally 7–15 business days from the date an order is placed.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to production schedules, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds

Because all prints are custom-made, all sales are final except for items that arrive damaged or defective.

If your print arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs showing the damage or defect.

Eligible claims will be resolved through a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size selections, or personal preferences.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies provided by applicable law.

Color and Print Appearance

We make every effort to accurately represent the photographs displayed on our website.

However, slight differences in color, brightness, and appearance may occur due to individual monitor settings and the characteristics of different printing materials.

Such normal variations are not considered manufacturing defects.

Copyright and Image Use

All photographs, artwork, and website content are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Tim Fleming unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a fine-art print transfers ownership of the physical print only. It does not grant copyright ownership, reproduction rights, or permission for commercial use of the image.

No photographs or other copyrighted materials from this website may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.
